Pricing Calculator

Estimate your project cost

Answer a few questions about your business and we'll calculate an estimate across all three phases. Every project is different — this gives you a ballpark before we talk.

All prices in USD. Estimates are indicative — your actual quote may differ based on specific requirements.

1

Your Team

Count staff whose workflows we'll analyse and/or who'll use the AI tools. Not total headcount.

Base price includes 5 employees. Each additional: $16

2

Platforms & Tools

Select every platform your business currently uses.

The first 3 platforms are included in the base analysis fee. Each additional: $130. Platforms marked complex have higher syncing costs.

Unknown platforms are automatically classified as complex integrations.

3

Your Data

Older data means more schema changes, formatting inconsistencies, and edge cases to handle.

Think total rows/records: contacts, transactions, orders, documents, messages, etc. More data = more API calls, more server load, more time.

Most platforms require API keys, OAuth apps, or service accounts. If you already have these set up, great. If not, we'll coordinate it — but it costs more.

4

Deployment

Your Estimate

Updates as you adjust inputs

Phase 1: Business Analysis $975

Phase 3: Deployment $2,750

Total one-time cost $4,050
Ongoing monthly ~$50/mo

+ LLM API costs (typically $30–$130/mo for SMBs)

Additional work beyond scope is billed at $85/hr.

How accurate is this?

This calculator reflects our standard pricing model, but every business is unique. Actual costs depend on the specific APIs, data quality, and complexity of your workflows. The Business Analysis phase exists precisely for this reason — it maps your exact requirements so we can give you a precise quote for syncing and deployment.

The Business Analysis is worth doing regardless of whether you proceed — it gets your business "AI ready" and gives you a clear data landscape.
